Taking the lead from our market-leading SP sleep system features, but reducing the spec slightly to achieve a lower price point, the UnderCover Pro is a new mid-price range. Featuring the Solar-first Spring-Loc leg system, including on the single leg under the head of the bed, as well as our market-leading lumbar support system, which sees the mattress built in to the frame of the bedchair for maximum comfort and minimum sag. The sleeping bag is attached to the mattress via zips for movement and improved comfort and boasts baffles, crash zips and shower-proof outer material. An UnderCover Camo bedchair cover is available separately for those that wish to add it.

Solar Tackle Limited Returns Processes

Retail Purchases

If you have received an item that is faulty or you are not happy with you to will need to notify Solar Tackle limited within 72 hours of receiving your delivery.
Please e-mail info@solartackle.co.uk stating the following information:
In the subject box please state Return/replacement followed by your order number (this can be found on your e-mail receipt that you receive after placing the order).

In the e-mail please state:

  1. The product you are requesting to return and the fault with the item.
  2. Your name and a contact phone number.
  3. Whether you are requesting a replacement item or a refund for the item.
  4. Whether you paid for your order using a credit/debit card or PayPal.

Solar Tackle Limited reserves the right to inspect the returned goods on receipt before issuing a replacement or refund. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for goods where the damage/fault has been caused by the customer. Solar Tackle Limited’s decision on this is final.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns must have a completed returns form to be correctly and promptly processed. Solar Tackle Limited cannot be held responsible for delays or problems caused by goods being returned without a completed returns form.

You have received an item that is faulty 

Please contact your Solar Tackle sales representative with an image of the damaged item. Please quote the damaged item and the relevant invoice number for the order in which the item was delivered.
If you do not have a sales representative or are unsure of who it is, please contact our head office at sales@solartackle.co.uk
The sales representative or head office will send you a returns form.
Complete the returns form, package the item up for collection by a courier and include the returns form in with the item.
When speaking with your Sales representative, please ask them to arrange collection of the item.
A collection will be arranged and the courier will bring the return address label with them.

You have a problem with your order

Something is missing or you have received an item you believe you did not order.
All order discrepancies must be notified to Solar Tackle Limited within 48-hours of receiving the delivery.
Please contact your Solar Tackle sales representative. Please quote the missing or non-ordered item(s) and the relevant invoice number for the order in which the item was delivered.

A customer returns a faulty item to you

Do not ask the customer to contact Solar Tackle Limited directly. We will resolve the issue via you, the retailer/wholesaler and not directly with the customer.
To warrant a repair, replacement or refund, the fault/damage must be due to a manufacturing issue with the item. Customer misuse or intentional damage will incur a cost for repair or replacement.
To determine the cause of the fault, Solar Tackle Limited may require the item to be returned for inspection before deciding the course of action. Solar Tackle Limited’s decision is final with regard to the course of action following an inspection.
If you receive a damaged item then please contact your Solar Tackle sales representative. Please quote the damaged item and the suggested reason/cause for the fault, include an image of the damage and the name of your shop/business.
If you do not have a sales representative or are unsure of who it is, please contact our head office at sales@solartackle.co.uk.
The sales representative or head office will send you a returns form.
Complete the returns form, package the item and send it back to the below address. Postage costs will be reimbursed if the cause of damage is a manufacturing fault.
