Q: Can I pay using an International credit or debit card?

A: Yes, the online payment system will accept cards from all over the world. However, if you are unsure about using your credit/debit card then you can pay via Paypal. Just click on the Paypal button once you check out.

 

Q: I placed an order online and I haven't received my goods yet, what do I do?

A: All orders are tracked and if your delivery hasn't arrived withing 3 to 7 working days of placing the order then please contact Solar by e-mailing info@solartackle.co.uk. Alternatively, you can call the office on (+44) 01322277345.

 

Q: Why am I unable to order certain products?

A: Occasionally some of our products will be briefly out of stock due to high demand. When a product is out of stock this will be indicated on the product image and page on the webshop and you will not be able to order that particular product. Please check back periodically as the item will be available to order as soon as it is back in stock.

 

Q: Can I use Solar 24-7 on my smart phone, iPad and other similar portable devices?

A: Yes. There is a mobile version of Solar 24-7 for use on mobile devices. All you have to do is log onto the webshop from your smart phone, iPad or other mobile device and you will be asked whether you want to use the mobile version of our webshop. If you select yes, then you can download a tab to your homepage/screen to act as a short cut to the site, just like an App.

 

Q: I've forgotten my password and can't log into my account, what do I do?

A: Click on 'My Account' at the top of the Home page. Click the 'Forgot Password' text which can be found underneath the 'Sign In' tab. Fill in the e-mail address that you use for logging into your account and follow the instructions.

If this does not work or you have any problems then e-mail info@solartackle.co.uk and request a new password. Your acount will be reset with a new password, which will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on your account. You can then reset your password in the 'My Account' area once you are logged back in to your account.

 

Q: Where can I view my online activity with Solar 24-7?

A: All of your orders are logged in the 'My Account' section. Here you can view all details for any order that you have placed with Solar 24-7. You can also place repeat orders here to save yourself time.

 

Q: How do I find out about new deals and the latest news with Solar 24-7?

A: Sign up to our newsletter by entering your e-mail address in the tab in the top right-hand corner of the homepage to be kept up to date with all the latest deals and goings on with Solar 24-7. If you already have an accont with us, then you will have automatically be signed up to our newsletter. You can also follow us on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/SolarSharperCarper, to get all the latest news, deals and be the first to hear about new products.

 

Q: There is a problem with my delivery, what do I do?

Q: I'm struggling to find the product I want

A: Click on the magnifying glass icon in the top right of the homepage. This will open a search tab. Type the name of the product that you are trying to find into this tab and press enter.
